Money Minder Financial Services (UK) Limited will receive an email detailing your selection and the answers to the medical and lifestyle questions you were asked and a member of our web team will contact you during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to progress your application and work as a co-ordinator between yourself and the 3rd party provider to help things run along as smoothly as possible.
The information that you supply in connection with quotations obtained and policies effected through this website, forms the basis of your application for all financial products available via www.money-minder.com. You must check and agree that the information you provide is correct. In the event of a claim, or upon request, you must be able to substantiate all of the details that you have provided.
Your information must be correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you are reminded of your obligation to disclose all material facts. Material facts are those which are likely to influence an insurer in his acceptance, or otherwise, of your risk. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not a fact is material you should disclose it. Incorrect or false information may result in a decline of terms or/and termination of agreement with the selected insurer. Non disclosure of material facts may also lead to future claims you make being declined.
WE DO NOT HANDLE CLIENT'S MONEY. We will never accept a cheque made payable to us for forwarding to investment companies unless it is a cheque for our process fees, i.e. Flat Fee service. We never handle cash.
Any investments and/or policies you hold with us will be registered in your name, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
We will forward to you all documents showing ownership of your investments as soon as practicable after we receive them. All documents are sent by mail to the last known address and at the client's risk. We do not normally use a Guaranteed or Recorded Delivery Service.
Money Minder Financial Services (UK) Limited keeps records of all our business transactions for at least six years. We treat all our clients' records as confidential. If you require copies of your records we hold about you, we reserve the right to charge a fee for copies of records. Currently, our charges are £25 per file or part thereof.

Money-minder.com provides an execution only service for clients who have not sought or received any advice from us when using our 'Flat Fee' or 'No Fee' service. If you have any doubt about the suitability of the investment or product you wish to select, we recommend you consult a Money Minder independent financial adviser through the �Over The Phone� or �Face to Face� option on this website, different Terms and Conditions apply.
You or we may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time without penalty. Notice of this termination must be given in writing. In case of termination of our authority, we will retain the right to any renewal commission on policies and investments arranged by us on your behalf unless or until you change the agency of your plan to another adviser.
An Execution Only service means no advice or recommendation has been sought, offered or received
By buying online through Money-Minder.com services you gain full access to the online products offered by third parties (insurers) that have been heavily discounted, primarily this is because we chose to sacrifice all or some of the commission that we would otherwise be entitled to. All the commission that is given up is used to reduce the premium that you would normally have to pay.
As independent financial advisers we are able to offer products from across the breadth of the market place, helping you to find the policy that best suits your needs for the best price. However, if you choose to use our execution only Flat Fee or No Fee services, because at no point have you spoken to a financial adviser this process does not qualify as formal financial advice. As such you cannot claim any protection from the financial ombudsman service.
You should only use this service if you feel comfortable with and fully understand the information you have received and you are happy that you know what it is you want, require and have selected.
If you do not fully understand your needs or are unsure about any of the information provided, we recommend you speak to one of our independent financial advisers prior to purchase. If you want some advice, we can arrange this for you. Please Note - this is likely to result in a higher premium or increased charges being payable for the same product as you might otherwise pay if using our execution only services because you would then be engaging our �Advice� services and as such our advisory services Terms and Conditions apply.
Dependent on your needs, your location and our ability to meet your needs efficiently from our own offices, we may provide you with access to a Money Minder approved 'Associate Adviser' who is based closer to your own location. Should you engage the services of an 'Associate Adviser' they will present you with their own Terms of Business and Key Facts Document. In these circumstances, Money Minder Financial Services (UK) Limited�s Terms and Conditions, Key Facts Documents and Terms of Business will no longer apply.
An execution only service does not entitle you to a review service of any investment, policy or product you have purchased via our website. However, you can ask us to review your investments and/or polices you have via Money Minder Financial Services (UK) Limited�s normal independent financial advisory services. Different Terms and Conditions apply and will be supplied to you prior to engaging these services. A fee may be payable for such a review but this would be agreed with you prior to us starting work.
